SHIPPING & RETURNS

Ready to ship jewelry will ship USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days of purchase.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for made to order pieces.

Purchases may be returned for an online store credit or exchange if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn and unaltered. Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for sale items or custom orders.  All return shipping charges and tracking are the responsibility of the customer.  

JEWELRY CARE

Jewelry not only tells our story—it holds it. As an earth material, metals will bear the marks of wear and environmental chemical reactions over time. This is a normal process that adds depth and character to your piece. To help minimize oxidation, store jewelry in an airtight container and avoid prolonged exposure to humidity, liquids, creams and chemicals. Gently remove unwanted patina with a paste of baking soda and water or a soft polishing cloth, taking extra care around pearls and gemstones. For oxidized (blackened) silver, use warm soapy water. Avoid abrasives, commercial cleaners and polishing cloths, as they will remove the intentionally darkened finish.
