SHIPPING & RETURNS

Ready to ship jewelry will ship USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days of purchase.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for made to order pieces.

Purchases may be returned for an online store credit or exchange if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn and unaltered. Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for sale items or custom orders.  All return shipping charges and tracking are the responsibility of the customer.  

JEWELRY CARE

Jewelry not only tells our story—it holds it. As a natural earth material, metals will bear the marks of wear and environmental chemical reactions over time. This is a normal process that adds depth and character to the piece. However, if the original finish is preferred, the oxidation process can be minimized by storing jewelry in an airtight container and avoiding direct contact with humidity, liquids, and/or creams. Unwanted patina may be removed with a paste of baking soda and water, a soft polishing cloth, or extra-fine steel wool, taking extra care around pearls and gemstones.

Oxidized (blackened) silver will also change or lighten over time. Do not use chemicals, commercial cleaners or commercial polishing cloths as they will strip the blackened finish.
